He walks along the lines of limitations and parameters ideologically prescribed by his father, Mr. Y.Konda Reddy, the founder of RAYALASEEMA EDUCATIONDOM. He also happens to be the Creative Head for the Academia whose thoughts are always connected with inventing new vistas to develop the institutions. He takes the lead role and is readily willing to update himself in order to upgrade the organization.
